Proposed Amendments to the Williamson County Zoning Map

The following amendment is included on the September 10, 2015 Williamson County Planning Commission agenda and the October 12, 2015 County Commission agenda.

  • AMENDMENT TO THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE GRASSLAND VILLAGE DISTRICT CHARACTER 1 (GVC1), GRASSLAND VILLAGE DISTRICT CHARACTER 2 (GVC2), GRASSLAND VILLAGE DISTRICT CHARACTER 3 (GVC3), AND GRASSLAND VILLAGE DISTRICT CHARACTER 4 (GVC4) ZONING DISTRICTS

  • Zoning Map amended to correct a previous mapping error affecting parcel 037 03200, which had been incorrectly zoned as as Neighborhood Conservation (NC), and has been corrected to reflect the appropriate zoning of Suburban Infill and Conservation (SIC).
  • Zoning Map amended to rezone the following parcels to the Rural Preservation-5 (RP-5) Zoning District:

  • Zoning Map amended to establish the Leiper's Fork Village (LFV) District.
  • Zoning Map amended to correct a previous mapping error affecting parcel 027O A00100, which had been incorrectly zoned as Neighborhood Conservation (NC), and has been corrected to reflect the appropriate zoning of Village (V).
