Leiper's Fork Village Special Area Plan

PROJECT UPDATE

On November 13, 2012 the Williamson County Board of Commissioners adopted the Leiper's Fork Village District Standards.  These standards will go into effect on January 1, 2013 at the same time as the 2013 Williamson County Ordinance.  For more information about this, and the Leiper's Fork Village Special Area Plan, read on.

PROJECT BACKGROUND

The Leiper's Fork Village Special Area Plan is a direct result of the comprehensive planning efforts undertaken by Williamson County in its Comprehensive Land Use Plan, adopted in August of 2007.

The Special Area Plan is available to view in the office of the Williamson County Planning Department, located at 1320 West Main Street, Franklin, Tennessee, 37064.  A digital copy is available for download here.

In addition to the Special Area Plan, Zoning Standards were developed by the Williamson County Planning Department and the Leiper's Fork Village Community that help to enact the vision of the Special Area Plan.  These standards were adopted by the Williamson County Board of Commissioners on November 13, 2012 and have been incorporated into the 2013 Williamson County Zoning Ordinance, Article 10, Section 10.02:(P).
