Greenbelt Assessment Application - Forest

For property that is 15 acres or more and the majority of the acreage is wooded. The forest management plan on the second page must be completed to be considered for Forest Greenbelt. There is a recording fee of $12 made payable to the Register of Deeds to file the applications and they must be filled out completely, signed,and notarized to be considered for approval.

Greenbelt Assessment Application - Agricultural

For property that is 15 acres or more that is used for the production of growing crops, plants, animals, nursery, or floral products. There is a recording fee of $12 made payable to the Register of Deeds to file the applications and they must be filled out completely, signed, and notarized to be considered for approval.
