Diversion Specialist

The diversion specialist(s) provide case management for youth first involved in the court system. They serve as a liaison for the youth and family to determine risk and need(s) through assessment and informal procedures. Diversion Specialist(s) coordinate with service providers to help determine available resources and make dispositional recommendations to the judicial staff when needed.
